Ingredients
- 1½ cups gluten-free flour
- ½ cup lactose-free butter
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Cream butter + sugar.
- Add egg + maple syrup.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Roll into balls; flatten.
- Bake 10–12 minutes.
