Ingredients

  • 1½ cups gluten-free flour
  • ½ cup lactose-free butter
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Cream butter + sugar.
  3. Add egg + maple syrup.
  4. Add dry ingredients.
  5. Roll into balls; flatten.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes.
