Ingredients

  • 2 cups turkey drippings or low-FODMAP stock
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free flour
  • 1 tbsp garlic-infused oil
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat garlic-infused oil in a pan.
  2. Whisk in GF flour and cook 1 min.
  3. Slowly whisk in drippings/stock.
  4. Add thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer 5–7 minutes until thick.
