Ingredients
- 4 cups gluten-free bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp lactose-free butter
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped sage
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Sauté celery in butter for 3–4 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine bread, celery, herbs, egg, salt & pepper.
- Mix until moist; form 12 small balls.
- Bake 20 minutes until lightly golden.
