Ingredients

  • 4 cups gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp lactose-free butter
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped sage
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Sauté celery in butter for 3–4 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine bread, celery, herbs, egg, salt & pepper.
  4. Mix until moist; form 12 small balls.
  5. Bake 20 minutes until lightly golden.
