Prep: 5 min • Cook: 30 min • Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
- 4 carrots, sliced into sticks
- 4 parsnips, sliced into sticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss veg with oil, maple syrup, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a tray and roast 25–30 minutes until golden.
