The holidays are my favourite time of year, but they’re not always tummy-friendly for those of us with IBS. So I’m kicking off a Christmas countdown full of comforting, IBS-friendly recipes!
For the first day of out countdown we are starting with Herb roasted Turkey Breast.

Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast (700–900g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix olive oil, herbs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Rub mixture over turkey breast.
- Place in a baking dish and roast 40–45 minutes, until juices run clear.
- Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
