Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers, halved
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup roasted eggplant
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 cup low-FODMAP tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic-infused oil
