Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken with garlic-infused oil, lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Toss bell pepper and zucchini in oil, salt, and pepper; grill until tender.
