Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush chicken with garlic-infused oil, lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  4. Toss bell pepper and zucchini in oil, salt, and pepper; grill until tender.
